Visa Requirements

Need a visa to enter Thailand? 

For delegates who need a visa to travel to ICAD, official visa invitation letters can be downloaded easily from your EuroMediCom account.

Accomodation

ICAD will take place at the Bangkok Convention Center, which is located within Centara Grand at CentralWorld.

For convenience, attendees may wish to book their room at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, available at preferential rates for delegates*. 

For attendees seeking different accommodation options at varying budgets, you may wish to use popular online booking platforms such as Expedia or Booking.com to find hotels with attractive rates.

How to get to Bangkok and the ICAD venue?

No matter where in the world you are joining us from, getting to Bangkok is easy.

Arriving by Plane

Most international visitors will arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, located approximately 28km away from the venue. An alternative airport, Don Mueang International Airport (serving mainly regional flights) is 23km away.

Accessing the Congress

Both airports in Bangkok are approximately 30km from the convention center, taxis can be found at the airports or private hires can be made in advance.
